Additional Accountant/Treasurer office computer

Instruct Treasurer how to proceed with 2 foreclosed parcels (from March 4^th meeting)

Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.

Discuss transferring all town insurance oversight to Select Board/Melissa/Maynard
Discuss departments that have not submitted town report after 3 requests
Handbook – review amended copy

ECAC Recommendations to discuss further:

Gradually condensing the warrant – review samples and continue discussions after town meeting
MGL Chapter 151A Section 2 and the Principal Assessor position – continue discussions in May
Memorandum’s of Understanding – review what items employees are seeking to have in an MoU
